“My husband Brandon and I were married 5 years this September. We have 2 little girls, Emma is 7 and Page is 4, and they are the light of our lives. They are such a blessing, so full of life and personality…and energy! We are members of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Lockwood and our girls attend the daycare and Christian school there. I am the Secretary for the Parent Teacher League (PTL) at Emma’s school and I also help with Angel Food ministries at our church. I have been with BCMH 3 years in November. I started out in Radiology as the Office Coordinator and loved it there. When the Office Coordinator position came open at the Lockwood Clinic I applied and was transferred there so I would be closer to home. I really enjoy my job at the clinic. I handle all of the receptionist duties as well as the insurance, coding and billing. My most recent and most exciting responsibility was to work closely with Medicare and Medicaid to get the Rural Health Clinic billing system up and going. It has been a time consuming and challenging task but has been a great learning experience. I also enjoy seeing and visiting with our patients, they are such a joy to take care of! I am grateful to work with such a great bunch of people, both at BCMH clinics, as well as at the hospital. Not many people can say that they really do love the people that they work with and the job they do, but at BCMH it’s easy to feel this way! I am so grateful for receiving this award, it is such an honor to know that my fellow employees feel this way about me and the job I do. Thank you so much!”
